Case Closed Without Seller Resolution

Avoid eBay customer support step

When a buyer has asked eBay to step in and resolve their issue and eBay then decides that the seller is responsible for the issue.

The seller’s purpose is to solve issues with the buyer as fast as he can and avoid any eBay customer support step. But sif buyer started this process what happened?

What happens after eBay steps in?
Once eBay found a resolution, which will normally be within 48 hours, we’ll let you and the buyer know.

If eBay resolves the case in your favor, the case will be closed immediately and you won’t need to do anything else.
If support resolves the case in the buyer’s favor, the client gets a full refund. You won’t receive fee credits if this happens and you may also receive a defect, which may affect your seller standards.
If you don’t agree with the customer support resolution, you can appeal by providing new information within 30 days of the case being closed.

Shipping Service

Always provides the tracking number and always use the registered parcel, do not wait when your orders go to overdue status. Click mark as shipped (doesn’t matter if you still do not ship orders) and add the tracking number as fast as you can. If you do not ship in time more than 100 orders and do not click mark as shipped you can be restricted or suspended. Don‘t make this big mistake always ship in time and click the mark as shipped.

  • Is a tracking number uploaded to your items?  If not, you will get a defect (although it is possible that your buyer could indicate that you shipped on time).
  • Are you delivering your items to the shipper within the handling time you promise in your listing?  If not, you will get a defect.
  • Are you getting a scan when you turn your items over to the shipper Within your handling time?  If not, you will get a defect. (because you deliver the item to the shipper does not mean that their first scan will happen within your handling time window … so, you must ensure that it is scanned at turnover).

All this procedure is your part of the work and you must do it perfectly
