Cancel Order

1. Never cancel an order especially if the chosen reason is ” I’m out of stock ” (do not try for fun).  You immediately get a defect:  

1. Transaction defect  

When a seller cancels a transaction for stock. After a few similar defects without solving you can almost say goodbye to your store and get Below Standard seller status. Defects it is not easy to remove and need to do it as fast as you can. All problems you need to solve per the first week. Because support also checks when you come to ask about the defect.   

What to do if you do not have a product? or you can’t send.

Sometimes happened that you do not have this product it was last, or your supplier does not have it and you can’t found somewhere else.  Or you can’t send a parcel to the buyer’s country, always be better to click mark as shipped.  In the next few weeks send it to the buyer message. ”We have just received a message from the post office that your parcel for some unknown reasons was lost”  very sorry about and we send to you a full refund immediately.  If you still do not know how to solve please write us

2. Late-Shipment Defects

Now in the pandemic era selling starts harder due to sometimes parcels come later when we write in our Shipping policy.  Or the courier left the package, not in the PO BOX but another places and need spending a lot of time to find parcel which goes to a neighbor, was stolen or now a new thing: Parcel is delivered, Garage or other Location. And of course, you can lose your Top Rated Status if you do not solve this issue. You better not cheap courier because you will one day proof about a parcel and you can avoid this defect.
